Membership Terms & Refunds

Shape your body memberships are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Once a monthly payment has been taken, that billing period cannot be refunded, whether or not you use your class credits.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your profile using the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops all future monthly payments immediately. You keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period, after which your membership ends and you will not be charged again.

If you are a brand new member and have not attended any classes and not used any credits, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of signing up, in line with UK consumer law. After you take your first class, or after 14 days, the membership becomes non-refundable as described above.

Event tickets are eligible for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time. Inside 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, you will automatically receive a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

1. To cancel: open your profile in the app and use "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal.
2. To request an eligible refund (14-day cooling off, or an event cancellation more than 48 hours out): contact us and we will process the refund via Stripe. Event cancellations more than 24 hours before start time are refunded automatically.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — nearly all issues can be resolved faster directly.
