Membership Terms & Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable
Shape your body memberships are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Once a monthly payment has been taken, that billing period cannot be refunded, whether or not you use your class credits.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your profile or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops all future monthly payments immediately. You keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period, after which your membership ends and you will not be charged again.
14-day cooling-off period (new members only)
If you are a brand new member and have not attended any classes and not used any credits, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of signing up, in line with UK consumer law. After you take your first class, or after 14 days, the membership becomes non-refundable as described above.
Events
Event tickets are eligible for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time. Inside 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, you will automatically receive a full refund.
How to cancel or request an eligible refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
- To cancel: open your profile in the app and use the cancel option, or go to paddle.net with the email you used at checkout.
- To request an eligible refund (14-day cooling off, or an event cancellation more than 48 hours out): contact us, or open the transaction at paddle.net and follow the on-screen instructions.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback with your bank — nearly all issues can be resolved faster directly.
